I don't care how good your product is - you misled us by pretending you were a customer and not connected with this company. I find that offensive and I can't believe HT are allowing your posts to remain.
You are looking for free advertising and should be up front about it.

You're right and I apologise profusely, I reacted hastely and stupidly to Steve's comments.

Sorry Aurelia, but it's no good only putting your hands up after you have been caught out deliberately misusing the forums to try and mislead others, by posing as a satisfied customer of your own company. If you had a genuine grievance with any comments made, you could have identified yourself and we would have given you the right of reply on behalf of your company. However, to prevent any further embarrassment or free publicity (one may be deserved while the other isn't), all references to your company name have now been removed, as will any further recommendations or links, even if next time they might appear to come from a genuine, honest or reliable source.

I will email Aurelia for my itinerary (thank you!) - and I must admit it was a bit naughty - but we are in a credit crunch and business is tough - and as someone who has just lost £750 to a false website for Tina Turner tickets at the O2 - I feel that this misdemeanor is not high up there in the internet run-and-take-your-money stakes.
