pool was freezing in elenite when we stayed, think it's a bulgaria thing

I have been to Sunny Beach for the last two years, and going August this year and I have been in seven hotel pools, all of them are very cold, the sea is much warmer, so must be a Bulgarian thing.
Once you are in the pool you soon get used to it though.

Been in countless pools found them to be cold at first but after a few seconds we were all fine (may helps being Scottish)

thanks for the replies, the iberostar had the coldest pool i've ever been in, travelled loads of places for years but iberostar pool was too cold to swim in, everyone complained ,probably because the pool is in the shade most of the day ,maybe the hotels on the beach which get the sun all day are possibly warmer, any ideas.
