hi rach, unless there are two "friends" bars the only one i saw was next door to the " only fools and horses bar" which is at the fig tree bay side of protaras next to the alva apts and lantiana gardens. we had a drink there but it wasn't our choice for night time entertainment so i can't comment on how good it is. it does show marathon runs of "friends" daily as you might expect. hope this is some help 
there was a friends bar in pernera & in protaras when we were in pernera 2 years ago, but i'm sure i have read on here that the one in pernera is now something else

I think I remember their being one if Pernera - it was just along from the Spectrum Bar (Opposite side of the road).
It was 2 years ago though and was very quiet, so it may have closed.
Cardiff Lad may be able to confirm, as I know he has visited Spectrum Bar this year.

To be honest I can't think where it is.
Whenj I was over there last month I was even looking at bars as I was taking pictures of them for another Cyprus website but can't say I noticed it.

If you imagine Pernera is sort of like a triangle with the point at the beach... two roads merge at that point (with the blue spice? and the niata bar in the middle ground of the point)... with your back to the beach.. take the left road.. head a few hundred metres up and on your left is a road... just along that road is the Friends bar...

Thats the road with the Spectrum and Christines in it and then if you turn left about halfway down you get the station and then it goes down the the Marlita beach but I still can't place Friends.
wasn't there a little taxi rank places on the end.. just a bit further along was the freinds bar... on the left...
If I rememer rightly (from a couple of years ago) the place where the Friends Bar was - used to be a restaurant.
It is on the opposite side of the road, not that far along. There is a taxi rank on the corner to the left.
