Of course, but I doubt any of us know the financial commitment needed simply to keep this website running, let alone the expenditure in terms of time and expertise. We are a relatively small bunch of dedicated regulars and I doubt many of the more casual, or occasional users would be prepared to pay for something they can get for free elsewhere. The best we can do at present is to continue to show our support, put forward any ideas which might possibly work, and then it will be up to Van, who I'm sure will do his best to keep his baby alive in one form or another. We all want to keep HT, which we know and love, but I think we do need to realise that nothing is certain in this world except death and taxes.

It is quite clear that we are all behind HT and want it to stay as it has been a tremendous source of inspiration and help to so many of us, as well as making so many friends amongst the members, but I'm wondering why we haven't heard anything from Van for some time. It would be good to at least have some idea of the situation, as at present we don't know if he is still working towards keeping it running himself, is hoping to pass the gauntlet to someone else or has just given up on us. 
Haven't heard any update yet.
I guessed not Glynis as I feel sure you would have let us know. Let's hope Van comes on himself soon and updates us, or alternatively lets you and the other admin into the picture so you can keep us informed
but it would depend on how muhch membership would be I suppose
