I have just booked the Blythswood Square Hotel for 4 nights in October. I had been keeping an eye on prices looking at week by week prices for Aug/Sept It looked like the right time would be 4-6 weeks ahead.
Looking yesterday the prices are way up and so did not want to take a chance on it being just too expensive.
I booked directly with the Hotel using a discount of 15% prices starting at £110 but this is a small double and we need a twin. Cost for the 5 nights £508 or £127 per night and this includes breakfast.
I am treating my SIL to a few nights of hopefully an excellent Hotel.
Anyone stayed there??

I have never stayed in the hotel however as part of my job I have seen most parts of the hotel and it is top class and very nice indeed, the rooms look lovely as does the whole hotel.
From what I have seen I would certainly recommend the hotel and if for some special reason I was going to stay in the town I would book the Blythswood Square Hotel, the location is very central for everything Glasgow has to offer and only a few minutes walk from both Sauchiehall St and Buchanan St.
