Had my sight tested today (confirmed, blind as a bat!), so armed and ready with my prescription. Can anyone advise on the following:
1. Can you buy contact lense daily disposables and if so, what can I expect to pay for them?
2. What can I expect to pay for standard single lense glasses?
3. What can I expect to pay for 'designer' glasses and are these genuine or fake in the opticians?
4. The lenses in my glasses are quite thick so I like to have the ultra thin lenses. Are these available and at what extra cost?
5. Can I get prescription sunglasses?
6. Can you recommend any opticians in Candolim/Calungute area?
Sorry for all the questions! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks, I'll look through the link. I have terrible problems with searches, I always get loads of unrelated stuff. Don't know what I am doing wrong!
thanks gooner fan
