I had my teeth Pola office whitened in december with Dr ambert.
I did not want hollywood white but a natural white.My husband has his done at same time and we are both very happy with the result.I had a slightly cracked tooth at the front but I still had a good result.It took about an hour and I had no after effects .As said before just white or clear food and drink for 24 hrs.I would definately reccommend!!
