Ony one I can think of at the moment is when you're buying your groceries etc for your appartment use the big supermarkets that the locals all use. If you're near one that is, as you don't mention where you are staying.

hi there's a supermarket at the sunclub apartments in cap salou,ok for bread and milk etc. probably in salou it's cheaper.there was a small supermarket in cap salou down where the smugglers is, we used that one a couple of times.
the supermarket under the best ontario aparts is the cheapest in the area i think, 6 bottles san miguel for 2 euros this week lol
