Hiya everyone,
I got back from Krakow saturday & I also had a superb time & will definately be making plans to make another visit to this beautiful city.
I stayed at Hotel Senacki which is very close to the Wawel castle & also the main square is only 2-3 minutes walk away & I must say it was a great hotel for what we payed & the staff were also superb.
I did trips to Aushwitz & Salt Mines which were both excellent I booked my tickets at my hotel & the tour operators were called Crakow Tours & I think they cost us £35-40 each to do both tours but its well worth it in my opinion.
We ate at some fantastic restaurants my favourite being Wierzynek which is in the square & its classed as expensive but I didnt think it was other places I went to were Miod Malina, Redolfi & an Italian place called Da Pietro which was nice & is next to Wierzynek.
At night we just went into different bars as we walked by I enjoyed The Harris Piano Jazz Club near the square & also The Piano Rouge was nice too.
I also found everyone to be very very friendly over there & helpful....its also very cheap too
Many Thanks
Simon
Certainly consider it to be at the top of our list of city breaks so far and would love to return to Poland .Some of the friendliest people we have encountered on our travels and so polite .

Great to hear that Simon - I go in 4 weeks, so will definitely check out your recommendations!
Glad you enjoyed Simon. We will certainly return in the near future.
