Hi, I have been on the Goa forum and not had a lot of luck with my request. We would like to go next february to India and do the golden triangle and tiger reserve then go to Goa for a week to 10 days afterwards. In the Thomson brochure there is such a trip but has anyone done in independly with everything included, Flights, entrances, transfers etc. It would be nice to be on small groups rather than large coach fulls, Any help would be greatly appreciated. We flew into Delhi, did the Golden Triangle tour, then flew to Mumbai and had a day there and then on to Goa. We flew out of Mumbai. We used Namaste India Tours Far cheaper than anything TOs will give you. They do not as a rule organise flights but they are easy enough to do and they will pick you up from the airport and take you to the airport at the end of your tour. To get an idea of what Namaste are like have a look at my trip report here. We didn't do Rathambhore as we hadn't enough time. They will tailor your tour to suit you and you have a driver/guide and car all to yourself.
Thank you Fiona. Did you book all of yours flights independently? What about your hotel in Goa, did you book that also? we love Goa so would like to go there for about 10 days after. Gatwick to Delhi, do the golden triangle and tiger reserve, then from ?? to Goa. Then Goa to Gatwick? or back to Mumbai or Dehli? I can see me just booking through Thomsons!! Am I making this too complicated?? Help! Jazz 
we used jet airways for internal flights- brilliant company. You can easily book this online. We used BA . Jetairways has a flight from Goa which is perfect for the BA flight, but look at all airlines to see what has the cheapest deal. As for Goa accomodation- just think, you can book what you want and not just what Thomsons has.
Fly into Delhi, take the tour, get dropped off at the airport and fly on to Goa, holiday there and then flight to mumbai to connect with your international one. Internal flights are cheap- but the earlier you book the better. Namaste will work round you. Try pricing up what you want and then compare it to what Thomsons are charging.

its worth taking the time to do the research. While you are waiting. price up the international flights and also check Kingfisher and Jetairways online for an idea of costs. Also have a look at where you would like to stay in Goa and get prices for that.
