hi there i've just come back from salou and found a great chinese buffet where you pay 7.95 euro per person for an all you can eat experience.If you walk down the main street toward the sea front you should see a bar called the robin hood on your left.Take a left there and follow that road for about 3mins and you'll see it on your right.The drinks are a bit pricier than the bars but the food is the best we had when we were there.It also does japenese,spanish and some english food.Hope this helps

we found some really nice fish restaurants on the sea front, towards the monument thing where they stand fishing(!!!). These too were a bit more pricey, but worth that bit more. The one we went in did a fantastic paella.
