Agreed, that was commented upon while we were there. It's not that bars are lacking, you're never far from one, but it is nice to sit in the pool and have a mojito. You can still do that (may have been done once or twice!), it just means bring one from the bar Flamboyance around the quiet pool or the beach bar around the main pool. There is sun lounger service as well so it's not like you have to get up for a drink if you don't want, I'm sure they'd bring one to the pool for you if you asked.

I'd agree with that too. I did have a sneeky look at a standard room that are located in the main building when walking through. They are nice, but nothing like the superior junior suites that myself and baz stayed it. The views and the extra space make it worth it. I've stayed in smaller rooms than the bathrooms in them! If you're a couple then the bathrooms probably won't be a problem for you. They do however have a large glass panel looking in to the bathrooms so they aren't very private. It's probably due to the jacuzzi so you can see out in to the room and get light from the balcony, but if you're wanting a bit of privacy, you won't get much apart from the shower and toilet cubicles inside. If you're friends sharing a room, be warned!

The Mama Juana is good though isn't it!!!

The last time we went down, it was quite busy for a change, maybe a dozen but the first time maybe 6 or 7 others and less than that on the other occasions. Everyone did seem to dissapear just after the show finished at 10pm and by the time it got to 11pm around the lobby / terrace, we we regularly amongst the last still their. Even though the bar 'closed' at 11pm, the staff didn't get the boat back to the mainland until 1135pm so would often bring us drinks until they left, sometimes just arriving without even ordering any! It's not a party place though is it.
