We're off to Maspalomas on xmas day for 2 weeks. Any advice about nice places to eat - Child friendly? , any good things to see and do over the festive period, anyone who has been to El Palmeral bungalows? Any advice welcome which will make our holiday a good one!

This complex looks very nice from the outside and you are right by the FARO 2 shopping centre, plenty of bars and resturants, a favourite of mine is MICHAEL ANGELOS on the top floor nice Italian food, and also EL GAUCHOS in PDI, there is a very nice boulavard on the maspalomas beach with plenty of cafe/bars and resturants.
For the children Palomitas Park is a nice day out, parrots crocs etc. and a parrot and falcon show. The Aqua Sur water park is a good day out also.
