I think it's just a case of shopping around your local travel agents to get the best deal.
If you want a last minute deal, then Thomson do a pricesaver deal whereby you choose what island/resort you want to go to and Thomson choose your accomadation.

Direct Greece do some great last minute deals but you can't book them through a travel agent you have to ring them or book via their website. Although they are a sister Company of Direct Holidays they are completely separate and have totally different holidays on offer with some really lovely accommodation. As I said you won't find any of their holidays through a travel agent but give them a ring and see what they've got you really can't go wrong!
