hi does anyone know of the whereabouts of these apartments they are in the thomson skytours brochure.....many thanks

They are at the very back of icmeler at the foot of the mountain, approx a good 45 minute walk from center. Can get a dolmus but not frequent to and from that area.

If you decide to book these aparts then you will have a relaxing time unless it when the wasps start dying which is end of September/start Oct.

Hi John, does Marmaris suffer much with dieing wasps at the end of Sept beg of Oct? Just curious as I fly there for 2 weeks on Sept 27th. Reason teh curiosity was in Corfu about 2 years ago, I got stunk twice by dieing wasps, since then I am petrified of them.

thanks for the info my brother has booked these apartments for 25/6/07 he was told by thomson travel agents it was close to the water park and only a 10 minute walk to the beach...hhmm ..been to icemeler a few times cant remember any water park....many thanks

Yes there WAS a water park in Icmeler, was very nice, well organized, spent many an afternoon there.
It was at the top end, by the park, near the top road,it was knocked down year before last,
Prob a hotel on it now.

the waterpark was knocked down last year, but ıt was never anywhere near to greenworld.

I think your brother might want to have a word with the travel agent.

thanks for the replies i have passed this on and think he is going to visit travel agents as he has 2 kids and wants to be closer to the beach....many thanks.....now to try to get my own holiday changed or sorted out.....cheers..nubber
