I know this is after the date quoted so wont help the poster, BUT may help any other reader. my advice would be jump in a taxi to the pyramids and when you get there i am sure a local egyptian chappie would be happy to tell you all about them. there's enough of them around offering their services for a small fee. AH, BAKSHEESH!
