I am due to go to Hammamet Tunisia for 2 weeks on the 3rd August, while very very excited I am suddenly worried about a lot of things! it will be just me and one friend (we are both girls, aged 23 and 24). I have just realized that Ramadan starts on the 1st August this year, does anyone know if this will be a problem for us? I am slightly worried about offending any local people inadvertently
Also, we will be staying in the El Mouradi El Menzah hotel in Hammamet Yasmine, does anyone know anything of this hotel? I have searched the forum but not found anything!

firstly: has anyone had problems with regard to mozzies in Hammamet? I seem to attract them a lot and have heard from people who have said there have been lots and people that have said there are none!
last but not least: I am aware that the first two weeks of August is peak peak summer (as a primary school teacher I have no choice but to book holidays at peak times!) but what type of heat is it? is it humid or dry? basically I am a sun worshipper and love to lay out all day so am a little worried it will be too hot to do this!
