hi, posted this already in 'disabled forum'..
i really wanted to hear from someone in a similar experience....
we are going to tunisia in september 2010, this will be 20months since my heart attack, i had one stent fitted in march this year and all ok now, any advice on insurance please....also..high blood pressure, well controlled with tabs.
also if i have been discharged from hospital for minor health probs does this mean i dont have to pay insurance...
very anxious about the cost....
i haven't shopped around for costs yet because i wanted to hear from others experiences first..anyone?
Have you seen the reply given to your question on the Travel Insurance Q&A
Hi 4times, if you look in the insurance forum you will see a list of insurance companies that i researched earlier this year - who all provide long stay insurance for the older traveller and many cover existing conditions. Some of them may be suitable for you. All best - Jennyx
