However, it's a very cultural country and there are plenty of places for you to visit if the weather isn't what you want.
I am sure some of our other members will be along soon to tell you what they think of holidaying in Cyprus in the winter.

I go on Tuseday to the East of the Island for a week.
we had +7C last night, when avg temp for november 13/21 C
I personally enjoy Cyprus more when it cools down. You can stop to enjoy the wildlife, scenery and the amazing culture without getting burnt. The island is more beautiful when the flowers and trees get a bit of water.
Day of arrival last Tuesday and the Wednesday were very cloudy and the sun only came through occasionally.....temp was about 20 definitly not sunbathing weather However the rest of the week was good and we managed sunbathing and sightseeing in lovely sunshine with little cloud and the temps rised to around 25 We have got back with a tan which was a bonus. The days are very short this time of year though, even at midday it wasn't really, really warm and the sun began setting at 4pm and sunset around 5-5.30pm (beautiful sunsets by the way)
The evenings were chilly and didn't seem to bear relation to the daytime temp as is the norm in the summer months. A jacket/coat is recommended and no sandals as feet were getting very cold !
All in all I would go back at this time of year but only if desperate for a short break and a bit of R&R.
