hi due to fly out to lloret tomorrow staying at royal beach hotel booked thro internet so flghts room seperate just got call saying hotel overbooked
and they now av put us in another hotel the ancla all incl and £100 comp was due to meet up with 20 fam friends who are staying at royal beach so still got all inc but in seprate hotel carn't find any info on hotel ancla so don't know if its near royal beach so can meet with friends all in all a bit fed up to put it politely any advice would be helpful

ps no matter how i argued with companywould not change their decision
