can leave on the 20th & return on the 3rd. Not ideal flight times, but only £296 including 20k of luggage. Avoiding Sat/Sun keeps the price down a bit.
Easyjet is way cheaper if you
Thanks dazbo, athensfan.im hoping to be able to travel 24th instead, and fly with thomson.
Unless you can shift your dates forward I think you'll struggle to get a reasonable price - your dates ocrrespond with the last teo weeks of the English school holidays. Prices for flights that are returning in time for the schools starting back on Monday 6th September will be at a premium. Assuming that you live in the north of England it might be worth looking at flights from Scotland - most schools up here start back next week and they'll all be back by Monday 23 August at the latest so you might just get yourself a bargain that would make it worth your while flying from Glasgow or Prestwick if there are any flights available. The difference in school holiday dates means that we can save a fortune in early July by flying out of Newcastle or Manchester instead of any of the Scottish airports, even when you take account of the extra travelling costs to get to the airport from home.
i have managed to adjust my dates and we are flying on the 24th with thomson.the price £647,includes reserved seating,in-flight meals, and luggage.what a difference in price for waiting 3 days.thanks all
