hi i am departing from home on monday 9 july but not leaving for majorca till 14 july no tickets arrived yet been trying to phone thomas cook all day cant get through anyone know the procedure for this situations

Reason I asked is, that these days, if you booked on line, Thomas Cook normally issue an "e-ticket" to print off from your computer (and therefore do not send out tickets in the conventional sense) - just wondered if you may have missed this ?

Have you checked for spam as sometimes e-mails can be shunted into spam folders if the system does not recognise it as friendly. Please check for e-ticket in these folders if you have them. If you don't find anything then try to get Thomas Cook to resend. If you don't get through to customers services then go through the booking telephone number and ask them to redirect to customer services it sometimes works.
When did you book your holiday ? If it was in the last two weeks they will be TOD (ticket on departure) as Allmen suggests and will need picking up at the airport.
i booked a week past friday i asked for tod but she said plenty time she would post them i need to know if they dont arrive tomorrow can they be cancelled and re issued for pick up at airport

Yes they can re-issue them for you at very short notice, but hopefully that wont be necessary.
