Unfortunately I fear you will. You need to speak to your travel agent asap. Also depending on how you have allocated your rooms you may have to pay a supplement too due to this person dropping out.

Can you not just get the name changed to someone else ? It might work out better for you.

it depends how far away the holiday is (in time wise i mean), but do what my friend just done...change the name to someone else (if you can think off anyone else who might want to go)... just explain to your travel agent they are not all

This happened to my daughter-4 were booked in her name and 1 dropped out. They had to get the holiday re-costed (cost them a bit more each) the girl who dropped out was willing to pay the ammendment fee. Also when they had booked they had paid a low deposit so the girl who dropped out was also responsible for paying what she still owed.

Fortunately they are a very close group of friends and there was no ill feeling as the "drop out" paid her dues.
