Im into my second day staying at Flamingo Oasis and im loving it!
As some of you are aware, I come here on my own to meet my freinds (northantsj) and family who I met here last year. We have stayed in contact ever since then.
Firstly I met HT Member Karen (mrnkar) and her hubby Richard, and there daughter Claire at Manchester Airport in the departure lounge at 6:30 on Saturday morning. They are such lovly people.
I was a bit aprehensive the thought of flying on my own for the 1st time, but i must say that ThomsonFly was the best flight ive been on. As I had inflight meals booked and they didnt, they was sat at the back of the aircraft. As I had one booked, I was sat right behind the pilot in seat 2D which was the front seat with loads of legroom which was great for added comfort at no extra cost. I sat next to a lovly older couple called Margrate and Bob who have been going to Benidorm for as long as they could remember. We just talked all the way through it, and was soon at Alicante.
As I booked DIY as did Karens daughter are transfer from Alicante was a Resort Hoppa. Margrate and Bob who I sat on the plane with was on the same transfer aswell. We dropped a few people of to the 3 different hotels and me and Claire was the last to get dropped off. We really enjoyed the ride though we was in no rush.
We then got dropped of to F.O with the sun shining, and waiting for me inside near the revolving doors was Jean and her daughter Carol. I got a nice love from them they was so pleased to see me as I was all of them.
I then went over to check in by the very nice man who checked us in last year when I went with my family. He recornised me which was nice. He then give me my key card and was allocated room 311 on the 3rd floor, Jean then come over and was both so suprised when she said they were in 308
I then went up to the room to unpack, I got streight in a lift as the hotel isnt busy at all since ive been here. I got to into my room to find it was huge with 2 large single beds and 2 couches over looking the pool which catches the sun all day-Perfect. I then unpacked and went back down and met up with Karen and her family. We went down all together to the restaraunt to have some dinner and then I had pint in the bar with karens hubby Richard.
After that It was getting on for 5oclock so I decided to go and get ready for the evening. I was then all ready for 5:30 ready to meet Jean and the others for 7, so for a bit i just lay on the bed to watch a bit of sport the next thing I wake up and its 1 in the morning
I was very tired though I had been up for hours before all due to excitment. 
I found a note from Jean asking me if I wanted to go to the market them. We caught the number 10 bus this morning (I forgott the name of the place we went to, but you go pass the hotel Lavente streight up that road. the place begins with an A...,(sanji will know lol) anyway we got of the number 10 bus early this morning and got of at wrong stop about a mile away from where it was so we just ended up having a nice strole back in the sun.
Today and yesterday eveyone has been around the pool its hot with a warm brezze. Im going out for a walk in to Benidorm with Jean and Eddie at 5.

the lovly people on reception was so kind and took me up to the room in a wheel chair and bought me loads of water. Just shows how the staff here are so freindly and they are always letting on to me by my name.
