Hello all,
just to let you all know me and Mrs Holidaymaker had a real good time last weekend in Lisbon and as this was the forth time we have been there, we will now give it a rest and try some place new, its just a shame that Valletta is to dear to do in a weekend

Hello again to all of you, well after a great weekend in Lisbon last month. I would again like you all to know that next month May me and Mrs Holidaymaker are of to Krakow in Poland to look for work, (ooppss) I should have put a weekend break, this will be our first trip to Poland. I have got two good guide books so I hope to make the best of this trip.

Hi Dave - OH & myself had a cracking 4 days in Krakow,and will definitely return in the future. I'm sure you'll have a great time. By the way - just had a meet up with Northants Jean in Benidorm. They're all well.

Hi Dave - We got back yesterday.We only went for a week as we're off to the Dom Rep for a fortnight in August. By all means pm me - I'll do what I can to help. My daughter is going there in July

Hello Sliema2, well we hope to have a good time in Krakow I like the idea of drinking wodka (vodka) Mrs Holidaymaker thinks it sounds like Jonathan Ross when I say it, but also hope they have good beer.
You have a good time and don't drink Germany dry this time, leave a few pints for the locals, I seem to remember having a few bad heads when we went to Berlin the other year.

Hi Dave I've just read about me drinking like a fish - do you mean lime and lemonades as that's all I drink. We all enjoyed meeting up with Helen, Shirley and their O.H.'s. I felt sorry for them as the weather wasn't very good, our second week was better.

Do you no what, I was stood standing in the shower when I got thinking again. When you look up at a plane flying high in the sky and you see its exhaust trail it looks white, but when you are in a plane and you look down on another plane it looks dark like proper exhaust. Funny that.

Can we get back on track here, tut tut. I thought this was a holiday discussion forum

Anyway We have just returned from a fantastic 11 night cruise from Rome calling at Savona (Italy) Olympia, Athens, Izmir (Turkey), Rhodes , Cyprus and alexandria. We are off to Mallorca in June with Grandkids and I have just booked for guess where in Sept for 10 nights. ...oh go on I will tell you, it's Malta.
As you all know I originally wanted to go to Malta for the MTV concert in July but I didn't like the line-up very much (can you believe no Enrique this year!!) anyway I have a hot date with him this friday in Manchester :tongue

PS, just listening to score at Football (man u) and I think that I will be looking for flights to Rome for later this month for hubby

Hi Dave, glad you enjoyed it, we also had a pretty good time in Bremen and Hamburg, both Germany and Belgium are fantstic alternative places for a great 5 or 6 day break, howver we are going home again in a few weeks and can't wait as normal, "Malta Malta here we come".
