I thought Thomson had a speedy drop off for luggage if you already had your boarding passes? not often I'm right but am I wrong again?

They do now they offer online check-in. When this thread was active (back in early 2012), it wasn't available.

We used this at Manchester and coming back at Enfidha and it was ok! Quicker than standard checking for now!

Flying with Norwegian air for the first time from Gatwick - can we check in on line and get our seat numbers (Haven't paid to choose seats) or should we wait until we get to the airport Thanks.

Hopefully this link helps with the options available to you , they fly from the South Terminal at Gatwick .
Online checkin does seem to be the way forward these days .
