There is a seperate and quite lengthy thread about Thomas Cook tours which you could go through to look for numbers, I couldn't see one in recent pages. When you say staff concessions does that still involve you getting an invoice and paying them money for the service? If so you still have consumer rights. The catch is that if you try to enforce them it could affect your career prospects.

Are you by any chance a member of TSSA? If so you ought to get them involved and take it through senior HR management.
