Best is Duporth short walk to it's own beach, also a gentle stroll into Charlestown. On-site facilities are much more varied (see their brochure) although when we went (October) the indoor pool opening times were quite restricted. But it isn't in the latest Hoseasons brochure.
Of the others. Sea Acres is in a nice location on the Lizard. By which I mean out of the way, but easy access (5 min walk) to Kennack Sands.
Tencreek and Seaview are pretty similar - between Looe and Polperro. Well kept, nice vans, well stocked on-site shop.
