I stayed there 2 years ago. Is aimed at younger kids daily entertainment. Most of teenagers just hanged about the games tables area and up to mischief. Not much facilities around Playa de muro where hotel is for teenagers to do. Good 20 min walk into Alcudia where there is more bars/shops. I personally found the food good and plentiful, I am a fussy eater. There is different standards of bedrooms, can upgrade direct with hotel email them to check. There was outside entertainers/show by animation staff where ok not brilliant, but the shows started late and you needed to be do in area hours b4 hand to get a seat which means going for dinner early. I wont go back as lots of germans got served at bars straight away and they pushed in queues everywhere even at lifts and after a few days you get fed up with it. Hotel is not exclusive to Thomson as advertised. Was at Son Baulo at Can Picafort last year which I would recommend. Going back to AI in Palma Nova been to b4 when HB.
