its 17 on each floor 13 on the pool side, and 4 over looking the mountains.
Danny
Thanks Danny
Told you but I thought one of the rooms at the side of the building on each floor were storage rooms for the maids, well it was on the first two floors.
I just asked my freind Daniel who i chat to on MSN messenger who has been, and he said theres only a few room 17's depending which floor your on, as some are matinace rooms on some floors (so dont worry Cazz you wernt all wrong ) he said the rooms over looking the mountains are lovly, but we are still sticking with a pool veiw lol.
Room number 1916 overlooks the mountains and believe it or not, you get a sea view too.
Just had lunch and there was plenty of choice.
Staff very friendly.
Off to sit on the balcony in the sun!!
Got a lovely room. High up - away from lift and the sun is shining!
Thanks to everyone for all their help (you know who you are )

Apart from Tuesday which is forecasting cloud, but the temperature still 21º C.....looks like a good week at least until Friday.

Hi, Going in April for a week and need help regarding the A.I as I have never done it before. I think I remember reading somewhere that this ends at 12 midday on the date of your departure. Can anyone confirm this please and also what is the situation if you keep your room on until 5pm. Thanks Karen
We had a late evening flight and had our meals as usual. I asked at reception first just in case but she said just to go in as normal.
Ok Thanks for that. Do you have to give your AI card in once your check out and if so how do you get to have meals without it, or do they not check everyone going in? Thanks again.
At the beginning of your holiday they do check you have your card when entering the dining hall, at the bar etc, but once they get used to you they don't bother. You can keep your card after your holiday, the bairn has his on one of his teddies as a memento. This card also acts as you door key, handy, as everyone in your party has access.
We got one recently and it consisted of 4 tins of pate, yes 4, it isn't a typing error 2 bread rolls, butter, a yoghurt an apple a pear an orange and a bottle of water.

Thanks for all replies and also pm's received. Looking forward to it now even more. Karen
Yep, they do a fantastic packed lunch. First time we ordered ours, I went to pick it up and walked away with one very full bag, only for one of the waitress's to come running after me with the other 2. You could of fed an army with what we got
We enjoyed it that much we are definately going back sometime.
They let us keep our cards when we checked out - as they have an expiry date on them.

Don't forget to add your review of the Hotel Flamingo Oasis

After spending a fantastic new year-2006 at the flamingo oasis we were all ready to book for the 2007 festivities but were dismayed to see a HUGE !! increase in the price for this year, so does anyone know of any good deals that are around at this time of year or is it better to wait until later on in the year.
