hotel las dalias on one corner and the Iberostar Bouganville Playa on the other....the nearest to the center is the las dalias.

Hotel Playa Troya and hotel Tenerife Sol are on the flat and close to the beach. No hills or steps. Better bet for 2 stroppy teens and the heart condition?

The hotel you are asking about is Los Geranios.
Just gave up it's status as a hotel and is now all private apartments.
It is well run and very clean and good security.
Been staying here for 10 years aand can't rate it to highly.
The apartments owners can be accessed through various web sites including mine but I am not sure I can give you my website on this forum as it could be against the rules.

Thanks everyone have now booked Sun Beach Apartments for week starting 31st March, not too far to get to the beach and what I have saved on accomodation can be spent on cabs. Thanks again everyone x
