hi sooloo thanks will email them 2 weeks before we go went last year but was at back of hotel
We're going to the orange on the 28th, I'm going to email them (To ask for the very same thing ), a week before hand, as I was told hotels only get a list of new arrivals a week before you are due to arrive (Whether this is true or not )
I always email a week before hand , and touch wood have always been lucky!
Will do a report, when I get back!
Regards, BBB
I am very glad to know that you are coming to the Hotel Orange, as you know I can not guarantee a specific room, but I will try to do my best . About a room facing the pool and not to high as 2º or 3º floor.
I hope you will have a nice flight and I will see you next tuesday on the 28th.
Please if you need anything during the stay at the hotel, please do not hesitate to contact to me.
I will be very happy to make your holidays perfect for you.

Going to the Orange next month for the first time, thinking of E-Mailing a room request. Now here`s the question for you Orange regulars, which rooms are the best to avoid noise etc from the square, ( or is it not as bad as we fear ). Would it be best to ask for a poolside room or one at the back strange as it may seem we normally prefer not to have a pool view. Any suggestions gratefully received, thanks in advance.
Best Regards, Brigger
If you are going to the Orange and are worried about the noise, ask for a room in the annex, this side of the hotel has fewer floors than the large part and is situated furthest away from the square. You could also request an end room on the higher part of the hotel which is joined to the smaller part (if that makes sense). The balconies on these rooms are on the side of the hotel so you wouldn't have a pool view and would still be further away from the square. Most of the other rooms on the back are single rooms and have no balconies, just a small window. I have stayed in a single room at the back and the noise wasn't too bad when you have the windows closed. Also request a room that is not next to the lift shift as this can be very noisy!!
Hope this helps.
Sarah
for your reply, I didn`t realise their was an annexe; seems like that may be the best option, don`t get me wrong we are not that worried where our rooms are, it`s just we are taking Mam in law with us and if we got fairly quiet rooms, she`ll have one less thing to moan about . Only joking; I love her really. Thanks again, much appreciated.
Best Regards, Brigger
I have stayed the last 2 years in rooms at the back on low floors and they were great, no noise at all. You have a view of the pool of the neighbouring apartment block.
My mates had pool view rooms and no one complained about the any noise from the square.
Honestly- once the balcony doors are closed we heard nothing!
We were in a great position for people watching too, from the balcony in the early hours of the morning, (as we were are quite early risers), we howled with laughter, at the conversations we heard, and at the state of some of em staggering back to their hotels/apartments!
We're off back to benidorm in 2 weeks, and wish we had booked this hotel again, it was brilliant, and will definately book here next time we go!
Hope you have a fantastic time,
Regards, belly!
Very Best Regards, Brigger
