Hotel recommendation in New York with a pool

Hi. I'm trying to book a short break to New York in March for a business trip. I'm at a conference on the Monday and would like to know if anybody could recommend a nice Hotel in central New York with a pool and possibly a sauna that my partner could use while I am at the conference. Any help would be grately apperciated.
