Hi Iv'e just spoke to my mum on the phone and she has found really reasonable priced accomadion with hotels.com for her and her husband next year to Majorca, and she was just wondering if they are a safe/reptuble company to book accomadation with? If anyone who has used them then would appeciate any good/bad feedback after the bad experiances with travlerepublic for her she is unsure. Although Ive seen them on T.V too.

They are part of Expedia (who do exactly the same thing, so why they need another name beats me!). Expedia are generally reliable but who knows about financial security in the current climate. If worried either make sure the insurance covers supplier failure or pay by credit card.
Goodness- I have never reaised it was part of Expedia! You learn something new every day. Husband has used them a lot and has had no problems
Rule 1 about companies you are thinking of giving money to: let the Homepage load then look for the link that says "About Us"
