Posting this for one of my friends who is looking for a house/cottage to rent in July near the city centre. It needs to sleep 7 people and they are going for 4 nights.

There are lots of students in Leeds with the majority living in Headingley which is not far from the centre look for agents that let to students as I guess they will mostly have gone home by then good luck Gill
