I have not been to Goa (Calangute/Candolim area) since February 2008 and am considering a visit in March 2015. Reading various internet pages as well as the forum on here I realise that it has changed quite a lot, with a lot more visitors from both India & Eastern Europe/Russia.
So my question is for members that have been in recent years is how busy is it likely to be in March 2015? Will it be difficult to get sunbeds at shacks and what about the restaurants will they be very busy?
The actual holiday costs don't seem that much more than back in 2008 which is good news.
Thanks for any help.
We go over Xmas/New Year, the busiest time, and have no problems getting sunbeds so don't think you will have any problem in March.
We go in march and think it is a good time to go,last year it went a little quieter towards the end of march but was still busy enough, had no probs getting a sun bed and a lot of the time it was after 12oclock when we got down to the beach, same with the restaurants we had no probs getting a table.

You should be made aware if you did not already know that it can get very hot and humid at the middle to end of March.
