You will be allowed in when you have posted a minimum number of messages on the Main Board. This is either 10 or 15 but I am not sure. One of the Mods will give you the correct number. Be warned that they are all bonkers in the Chat Room (except the mods, of course).
By posting (spamming excepted) in the main holiday forums.
