I've just found 1500 pesetas and was wondering what I could do with them!
They are all in coins, could I take them to Spain and use them or is it solely the euro now?

Sorry but as far as I am aware pre Euro currencies are no longer legal tender. especially coins. You may get banks in the county to change them but I doubt it. I think that Thomas Cook have a foreign coin charity where they can put unused curency to good causes. 1500 I think equates to about £6.
