Hi

I'm looking to book at this hotel for next year, yes 2007 !! as first choice are actually taking bookings. I have read a few reviews about the staff being rude, unhelpful etc - also a few people complained about not getting the room allocation they booked. It's not going to be a cheap holiday so any comments from anyone who has stayed here would be appreciated. Another problem they seem to have is the AI/HB options - we would be going A/I and I'm not too sure whether it actually works having both options running alongside??? In fact I think I've talked myself out of it!!!
