Not sure where to put this or who to ask as not been in this situation myself but maybe someone can advise.

My friends son died suddenly today, he had a return flight with Qantas airline booked for July, a trip that had already been deferred once already. His mum has asked me to find out if the cost of the flight tickets would likely to be refunded OR maybe the tickets could be transferred to other family members. If anyone can help so that I can pass the information on, I would be very grateful. Thank you. Fizz
