If you walk down the main street in Panjim (I think it's 18th July Street) you will see scooter repair workshops down several side streets. They have stripped down scooters all over the place.

Most scooters aren't Lambrettas, though.

I bought some scooter accessories in a shop in Mapsua about 7 years ago. We just asked a taxi driver where was the best place to go and he took us. You might struggle with Lambretta parts though, most scooters are Vespa LML, although it's certainly worth a try. Just thinking actually, years ago when i stayed in Candolim there was a place that converted old motorbikes, up the far end near the taj hotel. Dont know if its still there though. Bess bet would be Mapsua I think
