Bodrum will still be fairly busy at that time, there are places open all year as a lot of people live there all the time, although it does get a lot quieter in the winter. Things start to quieten down in November once the tourist flights have finished. End of october can be lovely weatherwise, maybe the odd shower but it still gets quite hot some days. The evenings are quite chilly though.
