Thanks, that is a good idea but she was refused one of these as she is a student with a low credit rating.
could you not open the account in your name, then just give her the card when she has put her money in the account?
I hadn't thought of that, but I don't think there would be time now as she goes next week. Thanks anyway, I'll remember that for the future.
