Going to Thassos at the end of aug (25th) with Kosmar, received a letter 2 weeks ago that departure time had been changed from 9am to 7am ,the flight is on a friday (Ema) they,ve not altered that. (yet).

We have now received notification from Kosmar that the Newcastle-Thassos flights have been withdrawn and our holiday cancelled. To say that my wife and I are angry is an understatement since we have had this 2 week holiday booked since June 2005. Apparently a similar situation also occurred last year with these flights being cancelled. This has now left us with a very limited choice of holiday at short notice and we have had to book a 1 week holiday to Corfu with another company. Quite honestly we are totally fed up with the attitude of Kosmar. On their request I had to write to obtain a refund of our deposit which we have now received but I also brought up various other points, including compensation, in my letter. I have still not had a reply and have since telephoned and spoken to someone in the customer services dept who sounded bored and "could'nt care less" and flight operations dept who have said that no compensation would be paid due to it being no fault of Kosmar's. Do'nt think we'll go with Kosmar again. Be warned
