Hughsey, was there a long queue to sit on that seat???

As I've said before, beware of when you go. When we visited one January there was no Queue for the famous seat, actually we were the only visitors . The photo taken from the seat shows only freezing fog and not a glimpse of the Taj. When you got up to it it was running with freezing condensation, as a matter of fact when I rang home to check, it was warmer in Scotland. We then went on to the Red Fort where we saw the most miserable gang of monkeys huddled together trying to keep warm, we knew how they felt, we were just as cold. Alan

We visited in march and the weather was good, there was a queue for the " Diana " seat, so we used another, I've added a photo in the upload, and now feel very

There was a small group waiting but as we were with an organised tour group we were all allowed to have our photo's done first, ( by one of the offical photographers). Only cost a few rupees :!:

Everyone is deserting us again :cry
There is less and less posts each day.
I will need to explore other places on the HT site now. I guess the Goa forum will be quiet until approximiately the beginning of October.
