We are due to go to stay in playa in October (3rd) for 2 weeks.We are travelling as a family 2 adults two kids. is the resort still fully open that time of year.

Yes and yes. Hope you have a great time.
We have previously been in October and didn't find it any different to when we had been in late June, in fact we thought the atmosphere was better and the weather was still great - sure you'll have a fab time.

hi i hope every were is open in october im going out there on the 10th for two weeks staying at the colon 2 and realy cant wait we realy need the break

It will be brilliant, there's only three months of the year I haven't been.. July,January and February. Like everyone has been saying, everything's always open, you'll have a great time and a well earned break. 
Won't be too long away now either. About 9 weeks for me..less than 11 for you.

During the 23 years we have been travelling to Tenerife we have gone at various times of the year, covering every month of the year in that time. We tend to go May and October and then again in December - January now for christmas and new year but it always remains the same whatever time of year - BRILLIANT.

Could I ask just how many folk are going over to Tenerife between the 6th October and 20th October. I only ask as I shall be over there at that time and I have often wondered how many HT members I may have passed in the street or sat beside in a bar and not known.
You could all wear a badge saying HT
