Found this, it is not ideal and I have not tried it myself.
http://www.marinetraffic.com/ais/default.aspx?centerx=30¢ery=25&zoom=2&level1=140
You will need to zoom into the med area.
Also, this is a site full of web cams, not only landbased but cruise ships as well.
