Guess I'm another one with a sense of humour failure. Never liked the Elvis original - just didn't get why anybody would think it a good idea to team a 'blackface' song that implied freed slaves would be nostalgic for life back on the plantation with the 'Battle Hymn of the Republic' and then finish it off with a lullaby-come-lament by a slave mother on her death bed telling her children that all sorrows will soon be over because she is about to die!

Why anybody would want to train their toddler to sing along to this defeats me

Each to their own I love the Elvis song An American Trilogy but we are not gettind in to any of that, this is about the baby video.

Sweet, pretty baby? Yes. Funny, cute video? Not for me.
