Jeep safari dvd

Was on a jeep safari booked through Al Pacino in Armutalan on our recent visit to Marmaris. We paid 40 lira for the dvd of the day for a keepsake from our hols but when we tried to play it back home it didn't work which was very disappointing.Just wanted to let others be aware of this.Got one last year and it was fine,maybe we were just unlucky????
this happened to my daughte in egypt this year, but when we played it on her portable dvd player it worked fine.
Have tried it on dvd player and computer but neither work unfortunately.
I got one and we checked it there on my portable dvd player, it worked fine. It's a shame to hear but there may be someone out there who knows how to solve it!
