Hi there. I am a journalist for Moneywise magazine writing April's cover feature on consumer rights. I have received complete permission from the site Admins for posting this request after receiving approval last night. My post this morning was removed by a Mod, but I can assure you I have complete authorisation from the admin (please see bottom of this message)

I am desperately desperately trying to find a case study of someone who has had a holiday from hell and stood up for themselves and got compensation. Or, perhaps you had a holiday from hell and would like to be featured as the case study and use it against them to make sure you get your money back? I am open to suggestions.

I would just need a quick five minute chat with you either over the phone or via email. We can send a photographer to you, at a time and date next week suitable for you. The magazine comes out at the end of March and I will send you as many copies as you like.
